Reading the mechanic
Fruit Party is described as a seven-by-seven cluster-pay game. The important distinction from a pay-anywhere game is the cluster: matching symbols form a winning block rather than merely contributing to a count anywhere on the screen. [1]
The provider describes random multipliers attached to symbols involved in winning combinations. Base-game symbols may carry 2×; the free-spin description includes 2× or 4×. Those values multiply together subject to the stated 256× cap. This differs from a system that adds multiplier symbols at the end of a sequence. [1]
Three or more scatters trigger ten free spins, and the source describes further scatter retriggers in the feature. The exact quantity and qualification of a retrigger should be read separately from the initial trigger. The common word “multiplier” is not enough to identify how two games calculate awards. [1]
Take it to the paytable
- Find the diagram or text defining adjacency for a winning block. The words “cluster pays” should lead to a specific connection rule.
- Read how multiple symbol multipliers combine and where the cap applies. A cap on a calculation is not automatically a maximum total award for the game.
- Distinguish the initial free-spin trigger from the scatter retrigger rule. The number of scatters may have a different consequence depending on the current mode.
