Reading the mechanic
The Dog House Megaways should be read as a separate game from the twenty-line original. Its provider describes variable reel patterns and wilds carrying 2× or 3× multipliers. The feature choice is the central reference point. [1]
With three to six scatters, the provider describes a choice between Sticky Wilds and Raining Wilds. The former begins with seven to twenty free spins and keeps wilds that change size as the reel display changes. The latter begins with fifteen to thirty spins and can place wilds in random positions on each spin. [1]
These are different persistence rules, not simply two names for the same bonus. A larger initial spin count cannot by itself rank the options: without the complete mathematical specification it does not establish a higher expected return or a better result for any sequence. [1]
